Shipping Times and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days from the date of shipment. This service is free on all orders over $50. A flat rate of $5 applies to orders below this amount.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. The cost for expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
- Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the shipping carrier’s website.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipment cost.
